I'm pretty sure once we get in and I can actually do the stuff I've wanted to do but we've always rented.....I'll be much happier than I am now.
Not to mention the fact that with 4 (well, 3 and then a very small room with no closet....servers will be sleeping there) bedrooms.......having MY OWN SPACE will make a great deal of difference. And it's not just the only-child-issues-with-sharing thing, it's just nice to not bump into the other person in the house while trying to work on something. Or want to listen to something on my computer while other person has their's going or the TV....all of which are currently in the same room.
And I can have my room painted something other than white.......(and then I'll ever so s-l-o-w-l-y introduce more color in other places.....they don't have to be bright garish colors.....but to have everything white is just too damn boring, no matter how many art pieces I try and put on the walls)
