This is, hands down, one of the best sites around for anything aquatic. A great wealth of information, listings of various fish and other critters, plants -- from freshwater to marine and everything inbetween...and they are very nice and happy to answer questions.
Though, if you've done some reasearch before hand, this does make their job easier and the experience more enjoyable for everyone involved. They post related questions people have emailed with every topic, so it's a good idea to read through some of those first, as often the question has already been asked and answered.
Honestly, I lose myself for hours reading through the articles and FAQ sections....and I've just barely made a dent.
