Have a question about doing something with Poser? Having a hard time finding an answer? Feel free to post it here...and if I don't know, then I know a few people to bug.

Also, if there's something you'd like to learn how to do and can't find a tutorial for it, I'll be happy to make one up, so put your requests in here as well.

You can also share tips and tricks you've come across that might help someone out...and we can keep them in here or add them to the tutorials section under Poser links.

I need a break from modeling things every now and then, and have been working on turning V4 into some of our favorite characters. I'm not going for a 100% anime look (I have anime doll for that) but rather a slightly stylized "normal" look.

Ironically enough, the first one isn't one of my super favorites....but I am very happy with how she turned out.

Haruka (Sailor Uranus) is sporting the following:

Arisu texture - plain, little makeup default mat with MAT Eye 10

Gloria Hair

Also went for a more fit slender body shape and a touch of the male morphs in her face for a "stronger" look.

Sailor Fukus and items for Aiko 3 and Nearme

Question wil there be any of the sailor fukus and items for the Nearme and Aiko 3 figures?

I am currently using the Aiko 3 Sailor Suit I downloaded from AG Studio and I converted it to the size for the Nearme figure but it doesn't look good. Does anyone have any tips or know of a place where I can find some of the costumes fitted for Nearme and Aiko 3?

Yes...she's here for yet another gripe and moan.....

First....I truly do appreciate all freebie providers....and I thank them....

BUT

If they can type out the instructions on what folders you have to create and what exactly to name them.....WHY CAN'T THEY PACKAGE THEM THAT WAY??????? Honestly, doesn't it take more time to sit and type up a fully detailed instruction manual of a readme file?

And...while I kinda-sorta understand it....what the hell is the point in making a cr2 file read only? For starters, I may not want to keep their totally non-descriptive folder name, or I don't want a million different articles of clothing all jammed in with my base figure.....not to mention that Notepad allows me to save out another version of the file under a different name.

Rather defeats the purpose that one does.

And you only get to experience this because I just spent a great deal of time the past few weeks organizing all the crap I've downloaded (don't even get me started on readme files that DON'T TELL YOU SQUAT) and am now reinstalling my runtimes.....and I'm not even halfway done with Aiko.

UPDATE:

I'm going to scrap this project.....I have too many other things going on and little desire for this subject at the current time.

If there is any interest, I will make the dress available as a general download for everyone.

The belt and bow are separate from the dress to help create a variety of looks. Also, the banding at the bottom is three separate material zones with another zone for trim around the top of the dress.

Preview pictures were rendered with one of the RDNA P6 Satin matierals.

Just to let you know, if you have Wardrobe Wizard, PhilC has added support for Britta (it's free too). I know Realmling loves Britta but I don't remember if you got WW or not.
